Valorant streamer Kyedae
has denied allegations of cheating
following her breakup with professional player Tyson 'TenZ' Van Ngo, addressing speculation about their relationship during her return to Twitch after an 18-month hiatus.
The pair confirmed their separation in February, with Kyedae explaining that they had been 'separated for some time' before making the announcement and had 'stopped growing as individuals'.
Their breakup subsequently prompted speculation on social media, including allegations that infidelity had contributed to the split.
TenZ previously condemned the accusations against Kyedae, describing them as 'disgusting' and 'blind hate'.
During her recent Twitch return, Kyedae addressed the claims and rejected suggestions that she had influenced TenZ's decision to leave professional Valorant.
'No, I did not get him to quit pro play. Guys, do we forget that I asked him to play an extra year and then he won Madrid?' she said.
She also expressed frustration over the speculation surrounding their separation, emphasising that the decision had been mutual.
'It is, and was, sometimes frustrating when my name is literally being dragged through the mud over something that was completely mutual. That was insane. Tyson and I don't have any ill intent towards each other, and I do wish him the absolute best,' Kyedae added.
On October 19, the streamer also responded to allegations circulating on X that she had cheated with a person named John.
She denied the claims and said the speculation originated from a Reddit user who had allegedly cropped a friend out of a photograph from a group trip.
Kyedae further explained that both she and others involved had denied the allegations.
The streamer also addressed the public's interest in her former relationship, stating that she had chosen to keep certain details private out of respect for those involved.
'I understand people are curious, but I don't think anyone is entitled to the private details of our relationship just to satisfy that curiosity,' she said.
