The government of Punjab has launched a helpline for applicants who have not received their driving licence. The applicants who have completed the process of obtaining a driving licence but have not yet received their licence card can now contact the helpline provided by the City Traffic Police Lahore. The new facility is intended to help people check the status of their applications and lodge complaints about delays in the delivery of their driving licences. Applicants waiting for their licence cards can contact the City Traffic Police Lahore on 0322-5638888 or 0325-5638888 for information and assistance. Traffic police officials said the helpline would allow applicants to raise issues related to undelivered driving licences and seek updates on their applications. The facility comes as authorities seek to address concerns from applicants who have completed the required procedures but are still waiting for their physical licence cards. Applicants can use the two numbers to obtain information about their licence delivery or report problems related to delays.
