MUNICIPALITYOF IEROKIPIA ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE ANNUAL BILLS FOR 2026 The Municipality of Ierokipia announces that the bills for the Municipal Real Estate Tax 2026 have been sent to all property owners within the municipal boundaries of Ierokipia (Geroskipou, Konia, Timi, Agia Marinouda and Achelia) with a last payment date of December 29, 2026. Those who own real estate within the municipal boundaries of the Municipality of Ierokipia and have not received the relevant payment notice, are requested to contact the Municipality's funds for payment of their debts or to send relevant information through the Municipality's website or to the email: taxes@hierocepia.org.cy Citizens/taxpayers from all Municipal Districts will be served in all offices of the Municipality as follows: · Municipal District of Geroskipou – Geroskipou Square, Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 13:30 · Municipal District of Konia – New Offices (former COOP of Konia), Griva Digeni 51, Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 13:30 · Municipal District of Timi – Agias Vryonas 10 Timi, Monday and Friday | 08:00 – 14:30 · Municipal District of Achelia Every Wednesday | 08:00 – 14:30 · Municipal District of Agia Marinouda – Temporarily closed due to the execution of energy upgrade projects of the building. Payments can also be made through the JCC Payments Systems Ltd website at It is noted that, after December 31, 2026, based on the legislation, a charge will be imposed on the fees due. On December 30 and 31, 2026, the Municipality's coffers will be closed due to the completion of works for the end of the year.
