EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (WEAU) - As UW-River Falls football continues their preparations for the D-III national championship game, their quarterback has earned the nation's top player honor. Kaleb Blaha was named the 2025 recipient of the Gagliardi Trophy, awarded to the top player in Division III football. In prep boys basketball, Altoona hosted Elk Mound and Colfax battled Turtle Lake. In girls hoops, Prescott took on Colfax and Boyceville squared off with Independence/Gilmanton. On the ice, UW-Eau Claire took on St. Norbert and UW-Stout defeated UW-Stevens Point.
