Greenville Co. deputies investigating shooting at intersection

GREER, S.C. (WSPA) – Greenville County deputies said they are on scene at West Gap Creek and W McElhaney Roads, investigating a shooting. Deputies said they received the call around 9:52 p.m. and learned that one victim had suffered at least one gunshot wound. The victim told deputies that he had been shot while in his vehicle at the intersection of West Gap Creek Road and W McElhaney Road. He drove himself home and called 911. The victim was transported to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time. 7News will provide an update once more information becomes available.
