DGLD tokenized gold is now live on Solana, representing one troy ounce of allocated Swiss gold and available to over one million SwissBorg users. Tokenized gold asset DGLD is now live on the Solana blockchain, giving users access to digital tokens representing co-ownership of allocated physical gold vaulted in Switzerland, according to BSCN. DGLD Expands to Solana DGLD_Official, offered by Swiss gold refinery MKS PAMP, has launched on Solana as a tokenized representation of physical gold. Each DGLD token represents co-ownership of one troy ounce of allocated physical gold held in a vault in Switzerland. The structure links the digital asset directly to allocated physical gold rather than representing an unbacked digital claim. The launch brings the DGLD token onto Solana while maintaining its connection to gold held in Switzerland. SwissBorg Users Gain Access More than one million SwissBorg users can purchase DGLD directly through their SwissBorg apps following the Solana launch. BSCN reported that liquidity for the token is provided by Arrakis Finance. The availability through SwissBorg gives its user base direct access to the tokenized gold asset through an existing application. DGLD's expansion onto Solana also adds a blockchain-based route for accessing the asset while retaining its physical-gold backing. Redeemable Gold on Solana The launch brings regulated and redeemable gold onto the Solana blockchain, according to BSCN. DGLD is tied to allocated physical gold stored in Switzerland, with each token corresponding to one troy ounce of that gold. With DGLD now available on Solana and purchasable by more than one million SwissBorg users, the launch combines tokenized ownership of physical gold with access through a major blockchain network and an established digital-asset application.
