2026-09-25T20:03:00 | By VIPIN P V #18th International Documentary Short Film Festival #Special Scheme Government Cultural #Minister PC Vishnunath തിരുവനന്തപുരം : ( www.truevisionnews.com ) യുവ ഡോക്യുമെന്ററി ചലച്ചിത്രകാരരെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കാൻ സർക്കാർ പ്രത്യേക പദ്ധതി അലോചിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് സാംസ്കാരിക വകുപ്പു മന്ത്രി പി.സി വിഷ്ണു നാഥ്. പതിനെട്ടാമത് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ഡോക്യുമെന്ററി ഹ്രസ്വചലച്ചിത്ര മേളയുടെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം കൈരളി തിയറ്ററിൽ നിർവഹിച്ച് സംസാരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു അദ്ദേഹം. ചലച്ചിത്ര അക്കാദമി, ഫിലിം സൊസൈറ്റികൾ, സർവകലാശാലകൾ, മാധ്യമസ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവയെ കോർത്തിണക്കിയാകും പദ്ധതി നടപ്പിലാക്കുക. രാജ്യത്ത് ആദ്യമായി കേരളമാണ് സിനിമയ്ക്ക് വ്യവസായ പദവി നൽകുന്നത്. ഇതിലൂടെ ചലച്ചിത്ര മേഖലയെയും പ്രവർത്തകരെയും പ്രോത്സാഹിക്കാൻ സർക്കാരിനാവുന്നതെല്ലാം ചെയ്യും. ചലച്ചിത്ര മേളകളിൽ പ്രതിനിധിയായി പങ്കെടുത്ത നിരവധി പേർ ഈ മേഖലയിൽ പ്രഗദ്ഭരായി മാറി. മേളയുടെ വർധിക്കുന്ന പ്രസക്തിയുടെ തെളിവാണിത്. ഈ മേളയിലേക്ക് തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ചിത്രങ്ങളിൽ 31 എണ്ണത്തിന് പ്രദർശനാനുമതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. ഇത് കൂടി പ്രദർശിപ്പിക്കാൻ നിയമപരമായി സർക്കാർ ശ്രമം തുടരുകയാണ്. ഈ മേളയുടെ സമാപനത്തിന് മുൻപ് തന്നെ ചലച്ചിത്ര അക്കാദി ചെയർമാൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള ഭാരവാഹികൾ സ്ഥാനമേൽക്കുമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു. ചലച്ചിത്രകാരൻ അടൂർ ​ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണൻ മുഖ്യാതിഥിയായിരുന്നു. നമുക്ക് മാത്രമാണ് രാജ്യത്ത് ഡോക്യുമെന്ററിക്കും ഹ്രസ്വചിത്രത്തിനുമായി ഒരു മേളയുള്ളത് എന്നത് അഭിമാനമാണെന്ന് അദ്ദേഹം പറഞ്ഞു. മേളയുടെ ഡെയിലി ബുള്ളറ്റിൻ പ്രകാശനം നോൺ ഫിക്ഷൻ ജൂറി ചെയർപേഴ്സൺ രുചിർ ജോഷിയിൽ നിന്ന് ജൂറി നോൺ ഫിക്ഷൻ അംഗമായ ലിപിക സിംങ് ധാരായി ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി നിർവഹിച്ചു. ഫെസ്റ്റിവൽ കാറ്റലോഗ് ചലച്ചിത്രകാരൻ അടൂർ ഗോപാലകൃഷ്ണനിൽ നിന്ന് നോൺ ഫിക്ഷൻ ജൂറി അംഗമായ മൃണ്മയി ലഗു ഏറ്റുവാങ്ങി. ചലച്ചിത്ര അക്കാദമിയുടെ ഫെല്ലോഷിപിന് അർഹമായ പുസ്തകങ്ങളായ തിരയാട്ടം, സിനിമയെ കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ, വേഷങ്ങളുടെ ദൃശ്യഭാഷ എന്നിവയും ചടങ്ങിൽ പ്രകാശനം ചെയ്തു. സാംസ്കാരിക വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ടർ ഇമ്പശേഖർ കെ അധ്യക്ഷനായി. രുചിർ ജോഷി, ലിപിക സിംങ് ധാരായി, സഞ്ജു സുരേന്ദ്രൻ, മൃന്മയി ലഗു, അരുൺ കാർത്തിക്ക് എന്നിവർ സംസാരിച്ചു. ഫെസ്റ്റിവൽ ഇൻ ചാർജ് എൻ. പി സജീഷ് കൃതജ്ഞത രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി. English Summary: Cultural Affairs Minister PC Vishnunath said government is considering special scheme to encourage young documentary filmmakers while inaugurating 18th International Documentary and Short Film Festival at Kairali Theatre. Scheme will integrate Film Academy, film societies, universities and media institutions. Kerala is first in country to give industry status to cinema and government will do all possible to encourage film sector and workers. Many who attended film festivals as delegates became experts, proving increasing relevance of festival. Of selected films, 31 have not received screening permission and government continues legal efforts to screen them. Academy chairman and office bearers will assume office before festival concludes. Filmmaker Adoor Gopalakrishnan was chief guest and said it is proud that only we have a festival for documentary and short film in country.
