Jackson Koivun's killer fall continued with the official announcement he would join Brooks Koepka's Motor City Golf Club roster for the team's inaugural season in the TGL.
'WE GOT THE KID,' Motor City Golf Club announced in a social media statement. 'Jackson Koivun is officially joining Motor City Golf Club for our inaugural TGL season. From rewriting the record books at Auburn to winning on the PGA TOUR just weeks after turning pro, Jackson Koivun has made one thing pretty clear... He's here to stay.'Koepka has not announced the entire makeup of the roster set to debut in the 2027 TGL season.
Koivun, 21, helped Team USA to Presidents Cup glory last month at Medinah in his team match-play debut.
A two-time NCAA national champion at Auburn, he was a three-time SEC individual champion with the Tigers. Upon turning pro, he claimed the 3M Open title in July and finished tied for fifth at the Biltmore Championship in North Carolina in September to push his rookie-year tournament earnings over $2 million.
