Dharejo makes surprise visit to SITE, orders action against absent employees

Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce Jam Ikramullah Dharejo has paid a surprise visit to SITE and inspected various departments to review administrative affairs, employee attendance, cleanliness, and security arrangements. Managing Director SITE Ahmed Fawad Shah also accompanied the provincial minister. During the visit, the provincial minister checked the attendance registers and directed the authorities to initiate departmental action against employees found absent or arriving late at the office. He made it clear that no compromise would be made on discipline and punctuality in the performance of official duties. Jam Ikramullah Dharejo directed the concerned officials to take effective measures to improve the performance of all departments at SITE and further strengthen cleanliness and security arrangements. He said that employees must perform their duties with honesty, dedication, and punctuality, warning that strict departmental action would be taken against those violating the rules. The provincial minister also instructed the relevant authorities to provide all possible facilities to the business community and take effective measures to address their issues. He further emphasized that transparency must be ensured in all administrative and official matters to improve the institution's performance and promote industrial and commercial activities.
