The new facility is intended to help people check the status of their applications and lodge complaints about delays in the delivery of their driving licences. Traffic police officials said the helpline would allow applicants to raise issues related to undelivered driving licences and seek updates on their applications. The facility comes as authorities seek to address concerns from applicants who have completed the required procedures but are still waiting for their physical licence cards. Applicants can use the two numbers to obtain information about their licence delivery or report problems related to delays.
