The poor condition of roads in Pidrak, a village in Kech district of Balochistan, has become a serious concern for residents and visitors. Damaged and uneven roads make travelling difficult and can increase the risk of accidents, particularly at night. People travelling through the area often have to drive slowly and carefully because of potholes and damaged sections of the road. During the rainy season, the situation can become even more difficult as water can further damage the road surface and make potholes harder to identify. The authorities should inspect the roads in Pidrak and carry out necessary repairs without further delay. Proper drainage should also be developed where needed to prevent rainwater from damaging the road surface. Street lighting and appropriate road signs would further improve safety, especially in areas with poor visibility.
