Shaheen Jafargholi gets honest about joining ‘Heated Rivalry' season 2

Shaheen Jafargholi has shared what it has been like joining Heated Rivalry for season 2. The 29-year-old actor plays Fabian Salah in the new season of the HBO show. He said the cast and crew made him feel comfortable from the moment he joined. Shaheen said he has enjoyed being part of the show and has loved seeing how much everyone cares about it. 'It's been a joy from start to finish,' he said. The actor also said he was surprised by how close everyone on the set was. Heated Rivalry has become a big hit, but he said the set still felt calm and welcoming. 'I just couldn't believe how small and intimate and sort of, I don't know, safe the whole experience has felt,' he said. Shaheen was already a fan of the show before he went for the role. He said he never thought he would actually get the part. 'I was honestly in disbelief that I was even going to tape for the part and I had no expectation, that I would end up getting it,' he said. Season 2 will bring back Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie as Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov. The new season will also feature Justice Smith, Charlie Gillespie and Emily Hampshire. Heated Rivalry season 2 is expected to arrive in spring 2027. For Shaheen, joining a show he already loved has clearly been a special experience.
