'I'm gonna Hulk out and you won't like me when I'm angry', says actor Mark Ruffalo warns Trump at voting rights rally Mark Ruffalo delivered a fiery warning to Donald Trump during a voting rights event in New York, telling the president to keep his hands off the vote before joking that he was going to "Hulk out".
