The video was shown during the awards show over the weekend, but it did not appear on Swift's YouTube channel right away. Taylor Nation has confirmed that Patient Zero will be added to Swift's YouTube channel later today, September 29. The video stars Colin Farrell, Dakota Johnson and Cara Delevingne, with Swift taking charge as its director. Until now, fans could watch it on music services including Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music. Swift previously explained that she wanted the video to feel dark and mysterious. During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she spoke about an old British house, a strange relationship and a murder from the past.
