Security forces kill 11 terrorists in Balochistan, KP

Security forces have eliminated 11 terrorists in separate operations in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, according to security sources, with six killed in Mashkel and five in South Waziristan. A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was also recovered from the slain terrorists. In Balochistan, security forces conducted an operation in the Gorindar area of Mashkel under Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad-3, targeting terrorists identified by security sources as belonging to Fitna-al-Hind. According to the sources, the terrorists opened fire on a security checkpoint and attempted to flee from the area. Security personnel responded promptly, killing all six terrorists during the ensuing operation. Security forces said the operation was part of continuing efforts to eliminate terrorism from the country and restore lasting peace. Five terrorists eliminated in South Waziristan Meanwhile, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in South Waziristan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa against Fitna-ul-Khawarij under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision. Five terrorists were eliminated during the operation, while several terrorist hideouts were destroyed by the Pakistan Army. A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the killed terrorists. According to security sources, intelligence-based operations have inflicted heavy losses on the Fitna-ul-Khawarij network in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, both in terms of personnel and resources. Operations to continue against terrorism Security forces remain committed to the complete eradication of terrorism and the establishment of lasting peace across Pakistan. Officials said operations against Fitna-ul-Khawarij and other militant elements will continue with full intensity under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision. The security forces have also continued operations against Fitna-ul-Khawarij under Operation Radd-ul-Fasaad, with efforts extending from Balochistan to Waziristan.
