Minister condemns Dera blast, orders health emergency for injured

PESHAWAR, Sep 26 (APP): Provincial Minister for Health, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Khaleeq ur Rehman, on Saturday strongly condemned the heinous suicide attack on Aman Maila Check Post in Dera Ismail Khan, which resulted in the martyrdom of many precious lives. Khaleeq ur Rehman directed the concerned health authorities to immediately declare a health emergency and ensure the provision of all possible healthcare facilities to the injured. He directed that all necessary arrangements be made at the hospitals and that the injured receive immediate and the best possible medical treatment. The Minister paid rich tribute to the brave martyrs, describing them as the brave sons of the soil who sacrificed their lives in the line of duty for the protection of the people and the country. He said their courage, sacrifices and precious blood will always be remembered, and the nation will never forget their great sacrifices. He expressed his deepest condolences to the families of the martyrs and prayed to Almighty Allah to grant the martyrs the highest ranks in Jannat-ul-Firdous and give patience and strength to the bereaved families. He also prayed for the speedy and complete recovery of those injured in the tragic attack. He said that the sacrifices of these brave sons of the soil in the fight against terrorism will always be remembered. Their blood will never be forgotten, and their courage, bravery and sacrifice will continue to serve as a symbol of devotion to the nation.
