YOUTH SUBSTANCE ABUSE RISING

Social and Anti-drug use Activist Garth St. Clair is warning that the growing trend of teenagers mixing alcohol with party drugs is creating a dangerous cycle that puts their lives at serious risk.

He was speaking in the wake of concerns raised by Police Commissioner Allister Guevarro about young people being brought to police stations unconscious during Carnival festivities.
