ISLAMABAD, May 26 (APP):Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration authorities offloaded two passengers at Islamabad International Airport over suspected fake dual identity documents during an operation. An official told APP on Tuesday that passengers Mirza Ali, son of Sardar Ali, and his son Muhammad Abbas, travelling to Kabul through flight RQ-928, were referred for profiling at the immigration counter. During scrutiny, the official said their Pakistani identities were found suspicious. The official said examination of Muhammad Abbas's mobile phone revealed that a Pakistani visa had been issued in the name of Mirza Ali. During further interrogation, Mirza Ali reportedly confessed that he had entered Pakistan on August 20, 2025 through Torkham border using an Afghan passport. According to preliminary investigations, both passengers were allegedly using fake dual national identities. The official said both accused were offloaded and shifted to FIA Anti Human Trafficking Circle (AHTC) Islamabad for further legal action and investigation.
