I would like to thank our mighty leader, the Badman General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, for continuously giving PLU numbers to our people. I would also like to thank those who have been given the numbers, but my advice to them is that these numbers are not for prestige. Do not use them to commit crimes and hide behind them. The numbers you have been given by our supreme leader are meant to make you part of the team mobilising Ugandans to become patriots and embrace government programmes aimed at creating wealth, not for showing off. I am sure that when our leader, the Badman General, learns that you are using those numbers to intimidate Ugandans or extort money from them, he will definitely take them away from you. We must make PLU an organisation that is owned by Ugandans at the grassroots level. I also want, once again, to thank our Badman Gen. Muhoozi for appointing the new Secretary General of PLU, and to thank Hon. David Kabanda for steering PLU to where it is now. Long live the Badman General. Long live Gen. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
