Dexter finally gets glasses in the first teaser for Dexter: Resurrection season two Dexter is back in the New York groove, and this time he can see where he's going. The first teaser for season two of the latest reboot series,, returns this fall, and Paramount has a new teaser to prove it. They've clearly been listening to audience response because the show is getting one of the fandom's biggest complaints out of the way early. In the new teaser, Dexter gets glasses. Unsurprisingly, they fit Michael C. Hall's face very well. But obviously, this is but a glimpse of what's to come this season on, which, thanks to this teaser, should be light on trips to the optometrist. While we don't get much of a look at the new episodes, Paramount did offer a synopsis: finds Dexter Morgan caught between two killers—one with decades of notoriety and a lifetime of kills behind him, and the other a fresh young face terrorizing New York in ways no one has ever seen. Meanwhile, Dexter battles a new and unexpected enemy: a mid-life crisis. Harrison continues his own pursuit of justice as father and son face their darkest chapter yet. Hall isn't the only one sticking around the Big Apple for season two. Uma Thurman, Jack Alcott, Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine, Kadia Saraf, Dominic Fumusa, Desmond Harrington, and James Remar all return for another stab at. Meanwhile, some notable names are taking a sojourn to the city, too, including Dan Stevens, Bokeem Woodbine, Nona Parker Johnson, and Brian Cox, as well as guest stars Krysten Ritter and Gabriel Luna.
