Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhii Koretskyi convened an urgent meeting over the transport collapse in Kyiv. Government officials and representatives of the capital's authorities joined the discussion. In a Telegram post, Koretskyi instructed officials to immediately ensure the proper operation of the Kyiv Metro in accordance with government decisions. This should help passengers get home without difficulty. Starting September 10, it will be in effect from 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Kyiv also plans to extend public transport operating hours by one hour.
