This season of The Traitors seems particularly brutal with Traitors turning on one another from day one...seriously!
During the first roundtable, the Traitors turned on each other and immediately voted out Edelle after suspicion landed on her. And on Sunday night, the Faithfuls got their second Traitor when they managed to banish Fionula.
However, the Cork actor admits it wasn't a 'surprise' for her. I wasn't surprised because we had a discussion about sticking together at the beginning I knew along the line we'd all turn on each other,' Fionula tells VIP Magazine.
'When Edelle was up and they went straight for her I went, 'Okay that ain't happening. ' I wasn't raging or anything because I will always applaud a good player. ' She tells us that she knows it's game and that there's no bad blood between her and her former Traitors.
'It's called The Traitors, and let's be honest, I would have done something like that myself if it came up for me. ''There's a lot going on. It's down to a look, something you said, something you didn't say, some way you turned around, some way you nearly breathed it,' she admits.
'Because things change on a dime in the game because nobody knows, paranoia sets in for people. They're all looking at everything and I think it's just, it's general that things will change all the time. ''I had decided to go down a more emotional route rather than being boisterous and standing up because I thought that might work better. I had decided to go down that route to try and save myself which obviously didn't work,' she admits.
