You may be struggling with an important relationship; being overwhelmed by the impact of past trauma; exploring your sexuality or gender identity; navigating the world safely because of systemic oppression and injustice; facing financial hardship; feeling lost; learning to manage a health condition; feeling unable to connect with family; experiencing unexplained anger; or a thousand other things that there isn't room to list. It is my job and my hope to empower you by providing an empathic, safe, and supportive environment in which to explore struggles, pain, and roadblocks such that opportunities for help and growth can emerge.
