Major Development Planned Near Thompson Lane and Broad Street

A major development is taking shape near Thompson Lane and Broad Street in Murfreesboro, behind the Circle K gas station. Around 20 acres of land have recently been sold, and city plans show two proposed buildings totaling approximately 302,400 square feet. At this point, the plans do not specify whether the buildings will be used for warehouses, retail, or another type of development. Construction activity is also increasing along Thompson Lane as crews prepare for the upcoming road widening project.
