Baldur's Gate 3 will let you get pretty powerful by the end of the game, but try as you might, you can't be more powerful than the gods. Well, you sort of can with the Gale ending that sees you ascend to godhood, but that is at the very end of the game, so you can't exactly go around smiting your enemies. Some NPCs also have access to these super powerful spells, but they're almost always out of our hands.
Thankfully, the fact that they're in the game at all means that all modders have to do is put them in the player's list of available spells. Now, that's exactly what one modder has done with a 9th level spell, Power Word Ruin. PC players can now learn the spell and use it in-game, as they would any other spell.
"Power Word Ruin exists in the base game as Projectile_EPI_Disintegrate_GaleGod — a complete, tuned, fully voiced and localised 9th level spell built for the God-Gale epilogue," says the mod's author, JThug, on the Nexus Mods page.
