'90 Day Fiancé' Fan-Favorite Couple Calls It Quits After 4 Years of Marriage

Another 90 Day Fiancé couple is calling it quits. Ashley Michelle, from Season 10 of the TLC reality series, announced she was divorcing her husband, Manuel Velez, after four years of marriage on Instagram. What a shame, tomorrow is our 4-year anniversary, and I'm officially asking for a divorce,' she wrote alongside a throwback photo of their beach wedding. 'I have felt unsupported by you for years, and now when I am in my most vulnerable state you have done NOTHING [to] support me. I am DONE. Do not come back to this house.' The news comes just days after Ashley underwent a tummy tuck and breast lift after losing more than 150 pounds. She hinted at feeling alone following the operation on social media. 'We were never meant to heal alone. And needing someone behind you doesn't make the journey any less yours,' she shared. 'Support doesn't make you weaker. It gives you somewhere safe to step into the biggest version of you.' Ashley and Jesus first met in Ecuador when she was an undergraduate student on a study trip in 2010. She returned to the South American country seven years later, and the couple got engaged within a week. Manuel moved to the United States in 2022 to be with Ashley, leaving behind his two teenage sons. They got married in September 2022. Fans weren't too surprised by the divorce announcement, given the couple's long history of ups and downs, and supported Ashley's decision. 'So sorry this is happening! You've done so much for yourself and him. I always loved how you did everything to make sure he was comfortable and had support here in the States. You deserve happiness and everything good in the world,' one follower commented. Another added, 'You have worked way toooo hard on yourself to accept the bare minimum from any human being, let alone someone who's supposed to be your biggest support system.' Manuel has yet to comment on the split, but his last post with Ashley on Instagram is a video of the pair dancing together ahead of the Bad Bunny Super Bowl Halftime Show uploaded in February 2026.
