Though Reacher is renewed for season 5, there is one season that Alan Ritchson revealed got approved but ultimately was nixed.
That season was based on Lee Child's novel Die Trying, a book based in Reacher's universe.
However, the star said when someone got elected, the season was axed without naming who.
He wrote on Threads in response to a fan query, 'My favourite book. Fun fact: I had it approved until someone got re-elected.'
