Austere Systems Limited Recommends Final Dividend for the Financial Year 2025-26

The board of directors of Austere Systems Limited at its meeting held on September 07, 2026, Considered and recommended a Final Dividend at the rate of 8% of face value of INR 10 (INR 0.80 per equity share) to be paid out of the Profit of the Company after deduction of tax at source for the financial year 2025-26 and the said Dividend be paid subject to the approval by the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
