Collision closes Highway 17 north of Lake Superior

The road was closed in both directions early Tuesday afternoon. Listen to this article MARATHON — A collision late Tuesday morning forced the closure of the Trans-Canada Highway west of Marathon. Ontario 511 reported shortly after 12 noon that both lanes of Highway 17 were shut down between the entrance to Neys Provincial Park and Marathon. Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene.
