(13 News) - The Tucson Police Department arrested a man following a deadly shooting Saturday night, September 5. 20-year-old Fabian Arias-Sierra made his initial court appearance this morning, September 7. The TPD says 19-year-old Anthony Estevan Mendoza Valenzuela was pronounced dead at Thomas Jay Regional Park after officers responded to the park for a report of shots fired. Police detectives determined Mendoza Valenzuela had been at the park with several people before the shooting. Arias-Sierra as the suspect and faces a charge of second degree murder. During his initial court appearance, the state asked for a $1,000,000. The judge ordered Fabian Arias-Sierra be released to pretrial services and set his next court appearance for September 28. =================================================== Are you streaming 13 News?
