The exemption will apply at toll plazas on Mumbai-Bengaluru National Highway 48, Mumbai-Goa National Highway 66 and other roads leading towards Konkan, an official statement said Ganeshotsav is one of Maharashtra's most widely celebrated festivals. File Pic Vehicles carrying devotees travelling to Konkan for the upcoming Ganeshotsav 2026 will be exempt from toll charges, the Maharashtra government announced on Tuesday, reported the PTI. The toll exemption will be available from September 11 to September 27, 2026, covering several major roads used by devotees travelling to their native villages in the Konkan region.
