HMDA Plots Strike Gold: Saroornagar Land Parcel Fetches ₹71.44 Cr in Auction

Hyderabad:A 4,356-square yard land parcel in Saroornagar was auctioned for Rs 71.44 crore on Monday. The highest bid was Rs 1.64 lakh per square yard, against the upset price of Rs 1.5 lakh fixed by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority. The auction received good response due to its location and connectivity to LB Nagar, Dilsukhnagar, the Inner Ring Road, and key commercial and residential hubs located in the city's east and south, a statement said. According to te HMDA the proximity of the land to major transportation corridors and well-developed social infrastructure further enhances its development potential and investment appeal.
