Taylor Swift expands real estate portfolio with Kelce home purchase

(NewsNation) — Beloved singer Taylor Swift can add real estate mogul to her résumé after adding another property to her growing portfolio. Swift and husband Travis Kelce recently purchased a new mansion in Ohio for $5.35 million. The purchase adds to a real estate portfolio valued at more than $100 million, according to a Business Insider report. In 2009, Swift purchased her first major property, a three-bedroom penthouse in The Adelicia for $1.99 million. Two years later, she bought the Northumberland Estate for $2.5 million. The property includes a 5,600-square-foot main house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. She reportedly paid cash for the property, which features eight bedrooms, eight fireplaces and 10 bathrooms. Zillow estimates the home's value at roughly $35 million.
