(NewsNation) — Beloved singer Taylor Swift can add real estate mogul to her résumé after adding another property to her growing portfolio.
Swift and husband Travis Kelce recently purchased a new mansion in Ohio for $5.35 million.
The purchase adds to a real estate portfolio valued at more than $100 million, according to a Business Insider report.
The report noted that Swift has often used trusts and limited liability companies to acquire properties.

In 2009, Swift purchased her first major property, a three-bedroom penthouse in The Adelicia for $1.99 million.
Two years later, she bought the Northumberland Estate for $2.5 million. The property includes a 5,600-square-foot main house with four bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Rhode Island

In 2013, Swift purchased a mansion in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, for $17.7 million.
She reportedly paid cash for the property, which features eight bedrooms, eight fireplaces and 10 bathrooms. Zillow estimates the home's value at roughly $35 million.
Los Angeles
At one point, Swift owned three homes in Los Angeles.
She still owns the former Goldwyn family estate, which she purchased in 2015 for $25 million. The property includes six bedrooms, a tennis court and a guest apartment.
In 2018, Swift sold a Beverly Hills cottage for $4 million and a single-story home for just under $2.7 million.
New York
Swift established a New York residence in 2014 when she purchased two adjacent Tribeca penthouses for $19.95 million.
Four years later, the Grammy Award-winning artist expanded the property with a nearly $10 million acquisition.
She also purchased a townhouse next door to her Tribeca residence for $18 million. The building features multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a separate apartment for her security team.
In 2018, Swift purchased another apartment in the West Village for $9.75 million. She later moved out after renovations to her Tribeca home were completed.
