Vogue Williams has opened up about a painful injury that left her "unable to walk while pregnant. The presenter recently welcomed her fourth child with husband Spencer Matthews, a son named Remy Valentine Matthews.
While recording her podcast with her sister Amber ahead of the birth, Vogue said she had been experiencing pain around her vaginal area. "There's been an accident with my vagina, no it's real bad," she told her sister and podcast producer.
The 40-year-old went on to explain that she began experiencing pain while putting on her trousers and found herself struggling to move.
She continued: "So I got in the car to collect Gigi [her daughter] and I was still fine at walking, it was just a bit painful and then when I got out of the car, I was like 'Oh holy s**t I can't walk, I don't know what to do'."
Vogue said her husband was thankfully at home and came out to help her walk inside. She went on to say that she didn't know how she was going to get down the stairs after filming the latest episode of their podcast. Vogue Williams has welcomed her fourth child -Credit:INSTAGRAM/VOGUEWILLIAMS
"I think I'm going to go to hospital after this pod, I can't walk, I swear to God I don't know what I've done," she continued. "I cannot walk I don't know what's happened I am f****d," before adding that she believed she may have pulled her groin.
During the episode, the chat was interrupted by her five-year-old daughter Gigi, who handed her over a self-made "walking stick".
She is the second eldest of the couple's four children, who also include Theodore, seven, and Otto, three. Vogue announced that she had welcomed her latest child into the world last week, sharing adorable snaps on her Instagram page.
Captioning the post, she wrote: "Our beautiful baby boy has arrived safely. The house is bursting with excitement, love and happiness and we couldn't be more delighted."

He told Closer Magazine: "I like the sound of baby number five. Vogue's Irish, you see. It won't be too long before she wants a fifth, I'm sure of it. I can't wait!".
However, during a discussion about baby names on her My Therapist Ghosted Me podcast, his wife shut down listeners who told her to save some names for her next child.
She said: "There is no baby number five - no, no. I can't... even people are like, 'Oh congrats', like looking at me like I'm a complete weirdo having a fourth child, they're like, 'Jesus Christ, give it a rest would you?'
"So no, there won't be any baby number five because I don't think I'd be up for it."
