According to the Zoopla listing, the premises also comes with a separate lease which allocates 35 parking spaces within The Liberty Shopping Centre car park.
Mercury House was built in the late 1960s and was previously used as office space by Havering Council for much of its life.
It is the tallest building in the borough, according to Londonist, standing at 57 metres high.

The office block was mentioned in documents presented to the council's strategic planning committee at a meeting in October 2025, covering the proposed redevelopment of The Liberty to include more than 700 new homes.
At that time, the proposals were at pre-application stage, but applicant Redical Ltd and developer HUB Living planned on including the building in their redevelopment plans.

The report presented to the committee said: "At this stage, the applicant plans on incorporating Mercury House into their proposal, to be renovated and converted from an office into residential use as part of the wider scheme.
"This is subject to the applicants acquiring Mercury House, which is currently owned by the council."
The report added that HUB is committed to retaining and repurposing any buildings that are "structurally viable" and demolition of Mercury House would be "incredibly complex" and "disruptive to the day to day function of the shopping centre".
A formal planning application has since been submitted for the first phase of the redevelopment, featuring 380 new homes, new shops, and food and drink outlets.
