Oleksiy Goncharenko, a member of parliament from the 'European Solidarity' party, reported this on his social media accounts. There is currently no official confirmation of this information, and Oleg Kipper has not commented on the published reports. At the same time, the Odesa-based publication 'Dumskaya,' citing its own sources, stated that the head of the regional military administration has not yet submitted any resignation letter.
