Two teenagers accused of assaulting 15-year-old outside Crete home

A 15-year-old boy was allegedly assaulted by two other teenagers outside his home in Iraklio, Crete. The three teenagers had reportedly met by chance at a local mini-market, where a verbal altercation began. The two allegedly insulted the 15-year-old, who then left and returned home. The two teenagers later went to his home and called for him to come outside. The boy went outside, and the two allegedly assaulted him, according to his complaint. His father alerted police after encountering officers from a patrol unit on the street. The boy was taken to a hospital for examination after suffering an injury near his eye and bruising to his face. The two alleged attackers later appeared at the Iraklio police department with their parents. They were released on a prosecutor's order while authorities investigate the incident. The three teenagers had reportedly been friends before the confrontation.
