HPE Zerto addressed this challenge by building an agentic troubleshooting system powered by Amazon Bedrock. HPE Zerto Software helps you strengthen cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and continuous data protection. You can use these capabilities to substantially reduce data loss and downtime, while supporting rapid recovery from ransomware events, outages, and other disruptions. This post describes the system architecture we selected and the challenges we faced when developing an agentic troubleshooting system powered by Amazon Bedrock.
