Rashmika Mandanna is giving fans a refreshing break from perfectly filtered Instagram feeds. The Pushpa star recently shared a series of raw, unedited pictures taken on a disposable camera, and her heartfelt caption is winning over social media.
A few months ago, Rashmika handed her team a simple disposable camera with just one instruction: 'just click whatever you feel like clicking.' The results are now out, and the actress couldn't be happier with the authentic, imperfect moments captured on film.
In her Instagram post, which has already, Rashmika wrote that a few months back they had this idea of giving her team a disposable camera and the brief was to "just click whatever you feel like clicking". And now they've got the pictures processed. She There's something I really love about not knowing what a picture looks like the second you take it.. You can't fix the hair, change the angle, take another 20 or edit the little things you don't like.. you just get the moment exactly as it was.'
She added that in a world where everyone is used to taking hundreds of photos just to pick the 'perfect' one, these unfiltered shots somehow feel more special. Rashmika also revealed she plans to do more of these spontaneous photo experiments in the future.
The carousel includes warm, candid frames -one showing her smiling in a traditional green and gold outfit against a plush sofa, and another of her holding a cute knitted doll of herself while dressed in a sharp black blazer. The vintage film aesthetic makes the pictures feel intimate and genuine.
Rashmika Mandanna's disposable camera experiment is a charming reminder that sometimes the most beautiful pictures are the ones you can't control.
