Season lineup spans 9/11 remembrance, personal letters, Florida comedy, and mental health storytelling; Subscribers save 15% Boca Raton, FL – September 8, 2026 — Arts Garage, the Visual & Performing Arts Center in Downtown Delray Beach, has been named Best Theatre Venue in the 2026 Best of Florida Awards, marking the organization's third consecutive year receiving the honor. The annual, community-voted awards program is presented by the Guide to Florida and recognizes top local businesses and organizations across more than 20 industry and community categories, with winners determined by public voting throughout the year. 'Being named Best Theatre Venue in Florida for the third year in a row is a tremendous honor, and it's a reflection of the stories we choose to tell and the community that shows up to experience them with us,' said Marjorie Waldo, President and CEO of Arts Garage. In celebration, Arts Garage is now offering a season subscription package for its 2026-27 theatre lineup, giving patrons 15% off tickets to four original productions. The four-show subscription is available for $128 and includes one ticket to each of the below performances: Behind The Lines: A 9/11 Story Sunday, November 8, 2026 at 7 p.m. Two men, two generations, one shared experience of service and sacrifice. World Trade Center firefighter Bill Spade, the sole survivor of FDNY Rescue Company 5, and combat veteran Jaymes Poling, a three-tour Afghanistan veteran, share their experiences of 9/11, war, and the lasting weight of service through live storytelling, music, and theatre. The performance features special guest reader Yvonne Lee Odom, a trailblazer and influential educational leader in Delray Beach.
