Trinity (KY) pushed its record to a perfect 3-0 to remain the top team in the rankings, as well as a riser in the USA TODAY Sports Week 4 Super 25 this week. The rest of the Midwest also showed stability this week, as the top-ranked teams came out ahead in their matchups. With that in mind, here are the top 15 teams in the Midwest as the region continues the 2026 season. Here are USA TODAY Sports' Week 4 Midwest Region Super 15 rankings. Record: 3-0 Trinity becomes the first team to repeat as the No. 1 team in the 2026 Midwest Region rankings following a 3-0 start to the season. Senior running back Jamaurion Berry finished with 112 yards and two touchdowns in the 31-14 win over Cincinnati Moeller. Now Trinity's biggest test of the season could come this week against a Tennessee powerhouse in Baylor, ranked No. 13 in the latest Super 25 national rankings, and USA TODAY Sports preseason All-America first teamer David Gabriel Georges, who is a Tennessee commit. Carmel. Ronnie Gomiller's two touchdowns in the second quarter turned out to be the difference for East St. Louis to pull out the intra-state matchup victory. The Golden Eagles have now outscored their opponents 115-21 this season following the 44-7 win over Reynoldsburg. The sledding gets a little tougher this week against Hayes, but the Golden Eagles should be favored to win four straight to open the season. The Raptors have outscored opponents 121-33 over the last two weeks following the season-opening upset loss to Trinity. This week, the Raptors face another tough test against an unbeaten Lebanon in league play. Junior linebacker Brayden Tepe led the way for the defense, as he finished with 12 tackles and an interception. Overall, the Panthers scored touchdowns on six of their seven offensive possessions. With the win, Elder has won 13 straight games, outscoring opponents 133-30 through the first three weeks of the 2026 high school football season.
