By Iva Jovic doubled her number of career WTA Tour titles on Saturday in the same event, winning ​the Guadalajara Open for the second consecutive year. The ‌second seed did not drop a set all week, including her 6-4, 6-2 victory over fellow American Peyton Stearns in one ​hour and 26 minutes in the final of ​the Mexico tournament. Jovic, ranked No. 16 in the ⁠world, did not face a break point while ​converting three of five opportunities. The 18-year-old Los Angeles ​native won 70% of her service points (40 of 57) to 59% (30 of 51) for Stearns. Stearns, ranked No. 60, also has two career ​tournament wins on tour: at Rabat, Morocco, in ​May 2024, and at Austin, Texas, in February 2026.
