Swamp Dweller's Night Staff not on Vendor

Very cool looking mushroom-themed staff , Swamp Dweller's Night Staff , is supposed to appear on the vendor Kifaan, but it is not there, nor or any of the other Naigtal/Val vendors. The only similar staff is the Forest Dweller's Glowcap Staff which appeared on the April trading post. Please can wow make this available.
