SEOUL, September 8 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian Arctic LNG 2 project has filed a claim seeking $1 billion in damages from South Korean shipbuilder Hanwha Ocean at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), South Korean news portal Oceanpress reported on Tuesday, citing a company disclosure.
