2nd person arrested after shooting at Winton Woods athletic building

FOREST PARK, Ohio (WXIX) – A second suspect has been arrested in connection with the shooting at Winton Woods North Campus Athletic building one week ago. Forest Park police announced Tuesday that 18-year-old Cincere Anjae-Malik Cooper is facing the following charges: Cooper is not believed to be a Winton Woods High School student. When Forest Park police first shared details about what happened at the athletic building on Sept. 1, they said only one of the suspects was a student.
