WELL...THIS HAPPENED!!!

Hello Fellow Travelers… I woke up to some rather wonderful news this weekend. The Delicious Challenge of Being Human has made Substack's Top 100 in Health & Wellness. And because apparently the universe has a sense of humor… I'm two spots behind Jane Fonda.😂 I admit, that made me laugh. But after the laughter, something else landed. Gratitude. Because rankings don't happen in a vacuum. Every time you listen to an episode… Every time you read a Note, leave a comment, share something I've written with a friend, or become a paid subscriber…you help this work travel. And that's what matters most to me. I began this work because I wanted to give language to some of the things we humans carry quietly. The wounds we haven't named. The adaptations that once protected us. The questions we don't always know how to ask. The possibility that there might be a kinder, more compassionate way to meet ourselves and one another.
