2026年巴庫氣候行動周昨日在阿塞拜疆首都巴庫開幕，為期5日的活動圍繞能源轉型、氣候融資、工業脫碳與區域合作等議題進行討論，推動氣候領域的承諾，轉化為具體行動。 阿塞拜疆總統氣候問題代表巴巴耶夫在開幕儀式上說，今年是連續第三年舉辦巴庫氣候行動周，阿方將致力保持全球氣候行動勢頭，推動對話轉化為實際行動，並促成新的伙伴關係。 聯合國氣候變化框架公約秘書處執行秘書斯蒂爾在視像致辭中表示，氣候融資是將行動計劃轉化為能源基礎設施、清潔交通和預警系統等具體項目的重要條件。他呼籲各方繼續落實之前達成的氣候融資成果，加快全球綠色轉型。 編輯：羅宇光
