Diversity in Dr. Strange

We have all noticed that when it comes to much of the race-swapping in fiction, or the race-replacement efforts in reality, the activists show little to no actual interest in the culture, history, religion, or tradition of the non-Westerners. One example is the Congressmen who wore kente cloth scarves from Ghana, a notorious slaver empire, in order to protest against alleged state-sanctioned institutional racism of the institutions they themselves control. This is not malice, but indifference: Africans who enslaved and sold Africans are not distinguished from those who did not, neither are Hellenic peoples in Egypt, Bedouins in Libya, Copts in Ethiopia, Nubians distinguished from Zulus. Woke has no interest in adopting any cultural traditions from any race or culture from the Third World, nor the Second World: one never hears of activists acting to uphold or preserving the Orthodox faith of the Russians, Buddhism or Confucianism of the Chinese, or the Shinto of Japan. Woke voices no outrage at arson against churches as well as temples and shrines: only offenses against mosques make headlines. To use an example that marred a film I otherwise liked, in DR STRANGE (2016), the Ancient One of Tibet, his mentor, was race-swapped and sex-swapped from an old oriental man to a young, bald, Irish woman. But nothing of her personality or patterns of speaking changed. Perhaps this was done to placate the Chinese, who do not want Tibetans in movies, or perhaps to placate the Woke, who object to any and all stereotypes, including favorable stereotypes, such as showing Tibetans as being spiritually more advanced than materialistic Westerners, or such as showing wise old men to be old and male. In either case, what was not done was to swap the Tibetan with a Scotswoman, and then have the mystical knowledge come from the mysterious Weird Sisters of MacBeth, an immortal highlander, or the ghost of Saint Andrew. There was nothing Scottish produced by the race swap. That is because the point and purpose of Woke is irrationalization, more often called demoralization, that is, rendering those exposed to Woke into a frame of mind where they cannot and dare not discriminate between rational and irrational, moral and immoral, true and false. The Woke mind cannot tell true from false and does not care to try. The Woke mind cares only about goodthink and badthink, or, in other words, between politically correct orthodoxy and politically incorrect heterodoxy. These are treated as algebraic values, as X and Y, where it does not matter what the content of the dogma might be. The dogma can change from season to season, with no concern that it contradicts past dogma. The point of the message is not that Scottish culture is better or worse than Tibetan. The point is to wipe out the personality or cultural traits of Scottish and Tibetan alike, to make then equal by making them indistinguishable non-entities. The point is the people are fungible. Any person of any race and either sex can fulfill the same role and perform in the same way as any other. The point is not to celebrate diversity. The point is to impose a sexless, raceless, nationless one-world culture with no cultural values, no traditions, no institutions, merely a unisex army of drones under the direct control an infinite state.
