Dungeon Crawler Carl is on a roll that seemingly cannot be stopped. What was once just a series of self-published sci-fi litRPGs by Matt Dinniman has absolutely exploded in recent years, and is currently at the peak of its popularity. Over the next few years, Dungeon Crawler Carl will be receiving a graphic novel and a live-action television adaptation, on top of the Webtoon, audiobooks, and professionally published re-release it's already received. Most relevantly, the franchise is receiving various games, including a tabletop RPG and a deck-builder game, but there's another release coming in late 2026 or early 2027 for fans who love visiting the arcade. Dungeon Crawler Carl Releases Official New Pinball Game in Late 2026/Early 2027 Image via Multimorphic Inc This November, "Dungeon Crawler Carl RPG," a traditional tabletop game, will be releasing, complete with a Starter Set, a rulebook, multiple miniature and dice sets, and more. That same month, "Dungeon Crawler Carl Unstoppable," a deck-building game funded as part of the same crowdfunding campaign as the RPG, will also be releasing. On top of these games to be enjoyed with friends, however, a solo Dungeon Crawler Carl experience is also hitting the scene. Specifically, an official Dungeon Crawler Carl pinball machine is about to hit the scene. Developed by Multimorphic Inc, the Dungeon Crawler Carl pinball machine is a bright and colorful new way to experience the famously quirky series, and it's one made with clear love for the source material. Utilizing Multimorphic's modular P3 platform, the game puts players in the role of Carl, as he and Princess Donut fight through a dungeon against mobs of enemies with magic, making allies, and gaining viewers along the way. The beautiful artwork in the cabinet was done by Luciano Fleitas, the Dungeon Crawler Carl novel series' cover artist, and audiobook narrator Jeff Hays is providing voices for every character in the game. Both the design of the cabinet and its rules draw direct inspiration from the first seven books, the eighth book having only been released earlier this year, and the references to be found to them are endless. Interactive features within the cabinet include: a controllable cannon, a six-ball Mana stack, a Mongo cage with a magnetic ball lock, a Princess Donut sculpt with illuminated eyes, and a magnetic jump ramp. This all sounds amazing, but it should be noted that the machine will come at a hefty cost. Newcomers to the modular P3 platform will have to shell out $12,350 USD for the Dungeon Crawler Carl pinball machine, with a $2,500 USD deposit required for those who wish to preorder. Those who already own the P3 will only have to pay $5,250 USD, and give a $1,500 USD deposit. The Dungeon Crawler Carl pinball machine is set to release between Q4 of 2026 and Q2 of 2027. The cabinet is available to pre-order now. Network Peacock Writers Chris Yost
