三菱電機傘下の三菱エレベーター・シンガポールが、人工知能（ＡＩ）を活用した自律型サービスロボットとエレベーターの連携を加速している。地場スタートアップと組み、メーカーを問わずさまざまなロボットが人の手を借りずにエレベーターで複数階を移動できる仕組みを整える。配達や清掃、警備など、人手不足が課題となる分野での活用を見込む。
